Amateur radio is more than just a fun and interesting hobby; it can be a valuable and useful skill in times of emergency and new HAMs are always needed.
Getting a Technician class license has never been easier:
- There is no longer a Morse Code test, but you are free to learn it
- The tests are administered locally by volunteers
- You must get 26 out of 35 multiple choice questions correct to pass.
